Overthinking with Visuals 

This is an art project.

︎ A prey of passive pessimism is a zine where I discuss the dualities of how I function. The more I get into design, art and defining the intent of my work, the more I get caught up with the why of my creation. As far as I have understood myself, I chose this stream because I was having fun but soon I began to create what my peers would think of as cool or for external validation perhaps. This is a zine in response to me trying to break away from this baggage and attempting to fail or just have fun.

So, what is passive pessimism? Is it hidden behind our facade of optimism and futile attempts to be something at all?
